In my opinion it is due to chronic dry coughing you are suffering from any pharyngitis and at the same time any allergic pharyngitis with mild infection to be ruled out at present in my opinion. Do hrct chest scan,  other blood tests to rule out possibility of any infection..treat it .you will be alright

Due to thickened sputum which is due to chr infection, there is Difficulty in clearing out the sputum. Resulting in repeated throat clearing which result in micro abrasion in throat mucosa responsible for red coloured tinged in sputum. U will need mucolytics, along with antiallergic support. What’s the colour of sputum.

This can be tuberculosis,pneumonia or sometimes in case of prolonged cough the mucosa dries up and bleeding occurs in the airway which comes out with cough.You should consult someone offline.
