Based on your symptoms — cough with phlegm, running nose, throat pain while swallowing, and mild ear discomfort — it sounds more like acute viral or bacterial pharyngitis, possibly with associated upper respiratory tract infection (URTI).
But still i must recommended you to visit your nearest ENT clinic for physical examination.
