Cough and cold consultation
Had a infected throat last weekend which was resolved by 5 tablets of cheston cold over 2 days (Tuesday). However the nasal irritation increased with severe watery nose and sneezing as I was in a rural area (dust smoke etc.) Took an antihistamine day before Yesterday evening and cheston cold 2 tabs yesterday as well. I have come back to my base location.
Currently have a stuffy nose with wet chest cough mild symptoms. Request guidance.

For a stuffy nose, take nasal drop " Xylomist" 2 drops thrice daily for 5 days and steam inhalation twice daily.
For a wet cough, take Syrup " Macbery - XT "
2 tsf twice daily.
Refrain from going to dusty areas till your symptoms subside, which might take 5-7 days.
