You can take cetirizine tablet. Cheston cold is a mix of cetirizine, paracetamol and phenylephrine. This is not a good cocktail to take although your subjective feeling will be good because of the phenylephrine. It is better to take paracetamol and cetirizine individually and take steam inhalation / warm saline gargle. Do get in touch if you need further clarification.
