I had cough for one month after taking medicine it's not cured now while coughing my chest paining severely now what should I do

CBC,ESR
Tab azee500 for five days,tab montuk lc for seven days,syr ambrodil plus ten ml three times a day for seven to ten days.till u tested appointment taken.avoid spicy,fried, greasy,junk food or food from outside,avoid cold also.takr luckwarm nimbupani, tomato soup sip by sip,.if expectorent is there collect it in sterile pan which u get from lab ngive it to test complete, microscopic nfot AFB.

Cough is dry or with sputum?
I have to know what chest x ray shows.
