Ramipril can have a side effect of cough and if it is severe then you need to consider stopping the medication and replacing it with another blood pressure medication.
Since you have undergone and angioplasty and you have mild LV dysfunction, before doing any changes in your medication you should get back to your primary cardiologist and discuss the same because your complete history and details are known to him.
