That depends....when you want a portrait....a roadside painter would happily do it for ₹2000 but a Husain or a Gujral portrait would cost you upwards of ₹200000...may be 10 times that too....likewise in Aesthetic Surgery, a freshly passed out Plastic Surgeon or Heade & Neck Surgeon would do it for as little as ₹50,000(all inclusive), a more experienced doctor like me (20years experience)would bill you ₹250000 all inclusive for the same but a celebrity plastic surgeon would charge you ₹500000( his charges alone...hospital, medicines, consumables charges extra!) As for recovery period, if an ostiotomy(controlled fracture of nasal bones) is done - 3 months otherwise 3-4 weeks.
