Cosmetic correction of toes

Hi Doctor, I have two questions My toddler of 2 year has 2 of the toes short since birth. There is no issue in walking or crying. 1.  However, I would like to know, if can this can be cosmetically corrected now or later years? 2. Also, need moral guidance on how should I answer this once she grows up, letting her know it's ok and she is special the way she is. I'm more worried of her school years where other kids might make fun of it. I should know how to make her mentally strong about this.

Let her grow up to her full size. Then let her decide further action

This is correctable deformities of toes. There will not be much obvious deformity as it can be start corrected from early age.
Next Steps
Consult paediatric Ortho specialist, or plastic surgeon. Some correctional procedures by releasing the soft tissue they will do from this age.
