As per Ultrasonic test, report says.  "Left Kidney is normal in size (measures 11.3 cm in length & 1.6 cm in parenchymal thickness), position, shape and echopattern. Corticomedullary differentiation is maintained. No evidence of calculi or hydronephrosis. Two cortical cysts are noted in the inter pole measuring 17.3 x 16.1 mm & 11.5 x 10.0 mm with thin internal septae.  Is it a serious problem? Please refer attached image
