It is normal. Nothing to worry. Can cause vague pain sometimes if large. 6mm cyst will not cause any Pain. No particular precaution. However, if you develop blood in urine or severe pain, consult urologist immediately. Also, better to repeat Usg once in a year with renal function test as preventive measure.
