Hi, any medications, that you use should be specified by a qualified and experienced doctor. My sincere advise to you only listen to a qualified and experienced doctor. Covid 19 like any other viral illness subsides by itself in majority of the cases no medications are required apart from multivitamins and supportive care. Any other medications wether azithromycin, doxycycline or any other medications are only advised on an individual case only with proper care and advise. Unnecessary antibiotics will cause more harm than benefit.
Next Steps
Take rest, eat well, hydrate well is more than sufficient for you. You can also stop azithromycin.
