I went to hospital. After reached home i did only hand wash without soap.. only i poured water on hand.. is it any issue?

Yes its an issue brother..because of you lots of people are  getting effected..if suppose there was a Virus in you hand think what will happen..evrywhere it will spread all lockdown will be wasted and indian will extend the lock down for again for 6 month...just because of you...Hope you uderstand the situation

After coming from outside u have to wash hands with soap water for 20 secs

It’s ok but , from next time hand wash with soap for minimum 20 sec Because prevention is better than cure
