Corona by disinfectant spray in eyes

Yesterday our colony worker was spraying disinfectant in the staircase railings . As I was coming up and he was coming down and spraying disinfectant the spray went into my eyes . I washed my eyes with water and I was wearing a mask at that time but I am worried. Can I get infected from corona virus through that spray if the railing over that part is infected with corona ? Please help
