After lockdown in my heel there was a black spot. After some time i consult doctor and he ask to remove by normal surgery and we did it. After surgery and dressing there was continue pain in it. After that i go with corn removal medicine like wartex use salactin paint a week and taking herbal medicine last 20 days. Still having pain it. Please consult what should i do. Can i go for re surgery or iy cure by medicine. Thanks

It's looking like a nonhealing ulcer so reconsult with surgeon. It may heal with medicines but adhere with treatment properly sometimes may take long time.
