For about 4 months I have been experiencing coolness in my legs, ankles, and feet bottoms...all intermittently. At first, strangely, it occurred just before or after a bowel movement. Maybe and hour or two before, or a little while after. Then it would go away for a day or two. Now it seems to happen anytime and almost every day.

Hello there. I can understand your concern. As of now you can start taking tab. Neurobion forte once a day after food for a Month. Have a high fiber diet and drink plenty of fluids.
