It can be either behavioural or infectious reasons or Heat stress.see any thing bothering him in the surroundings.Provide ample of water..Better to consult a Vet for furthur Guidance.

It may be an indication of respiratory difficulties or heat (summer)stress  , water should be available for your pet at all times  pay a visit to the vet for a proper diagnosis and treatment.

It may be due to infection or the climatic stress. If your bird is eating well and activities are good, then it may be the stress. In case it is not having a good appetite and activity level is low, then it can be an infection. It is better to have a veterinary consultation for your bird.
