Dr. please see my ultrasound report which shows contracted Gallbladder and also there is fluid in edometrial cavity. my periods has been missed for 2 months and it's happening first time in my life. i am also experiencing infertility since 1.5 years. please let me know what do i am very upset

Gall bladder ... normal The reason for the Missed period needs to be investigated n treated as a delay of more than 7 days is not normal The reason fr the inability to conceive Also needs to be investigated
