Me and my girlfriend had unprotected sex on her periods and also after that until 5 days. Let's say her periods started on 15th and we had unprotected sex till 25th. Now, she took her first vaccination on 26th. We did not use any contraceptive till now but if we get pregnant we have to reach out for contraceptives as we both are not looking for pregnancy. Is it safe after the vaccination to consume contraceptives? We are terrified abou this. Kindly, please help.

First of all, we need to rule out the current status of her pregnancy using the blood / urine test. Then to start Oral pills for contraception, there are certain blood tests to be done. Once confirmed that the results are fine, Oral pills can be started. In the meantime, use barrier method like condom.
Next Steps
rule out pregnancy first.
