I am facing sound from right side ear continuously due to which i m not even sleeping properly. Is there any cure available?

Yes this is tinnitus Kindly get yourself evaluated to rule out if it is middle ear or inner ear problem

This maybe because of either simple problem like URI or maybe due to nerve weakness or some ear pathology Hearing assessment has to be done completely Treatment is based on cause
