Dear sir as per your history your symptoms appear to be due to allergic rhinitis. Commonly they are more in morning when waking when you may be sensitive to dust mite. Later in the morning your symptoms May get better as the concentration of the allergens may decrease by opening of the doors and routine mopping and cleaning of the house.
