Continuous running nose

My husband affected with covid on April 29th 2021. Recovered in 10 days. Nearly after 1 month having acid reflux issue become more(which is there for more than 7 years). He used to have migraine and sinus issues before covid too.  Now for the past 1 week having running nose continuously. Even after taking cetrizine or montovent lc this is keep having. Could you please suggest on what to do

Continue tab Montair lc 1 tab once daily at night for 15 days,Flomist nasal spray 2 drops twice daily in both the nostrils for 15 days ,Steam inhalation twice daily

Try nasal steroid spray ,if it's allergy it stops .But you need to continue the spray.

along with montek Lc .. use duonase nasal spray & steam inhalation twice e day
