My brother is suffering from continuous high fever (104°F mostly in evening with headache). His age is 19 years. I consulted a doctor & he advised to get typhoid checked. The report came positive (IgM S. typhi - positive). Treatment started on 26 March. Doctor gave these medicines- Zifi 200 (thrice a day) Pyrigesic (3 times a day) Loxof 500(1/2 tablet-2 times) Zincovit(1 time) Cyra D (1 time) Becozyme Forte(2 times) But the body temperature rises at some times of the day- Morning(8 AM) - 103°F Afternoon(3 PM to 4PM) - 103°F Night time( 7:30-8:00 PM) - 104°F As I'm writing, today i.e. 28 March, fever reached approx 105°F. What to do? Please help. It is worrying me
