Hi Doctor, I have been facing the dizziness since last 4 days. This happens when I tilt my head or go on bed or when I get up in the morning. This lasts for just few seconds but is very irritating now. Since yesterday, i have started facing mild headache as well. Can you please help me with the issue and medication please

Can u please explain in a detailed way. I mean do u have any neck pain, during neck movements dizziness is noted , when while getting up from bed did u feel this. Is that associated with any uneasiness like vomitting sensation, or imbalance
