He met with accident on 3rd Feb and had head injury, CT scan reports states below Regression in hemorrhagic contusion in left temporal lobe with decrease in perifocal edema Complete resolution of tentorial hemmorrhage Few small hypodensities are seen in both basal ganglia , internal capsule, external capsule, and in right fronto-parietal lobe represent ischemic changes. Mild changes if cerebral atrophy is Noted Bilateral fronto-parietal & occipito-parietal periventricular ischemic/degenerative changes Linear fracture of right squamous temporal-partial bone is noted Decrease in right temporoparietal scalp soft tissue swelling
