I have eye power -5.0 cylindrical -1.5 in right eye and -4.0 cylindrical -1.0 in left eye. Should I use -6.50 and -5.0 aquasoft contact lens??

It may or may not be comfortable. In my opinion you must 1st get it checked by an ophthalmologist or a contact lens specialist. As you may need toric lenses
