In my opinion u can get on to natural sources of protein like sprouted dal boiled rajma boiled lobia boiled Chorley and chane paneer soybean Nutrela if u are a vegetarian and if u can eat non veg u can go for fish that is having very good amount of protein egg white boiled chicken do not eat these with gravy roasted or boiled with salt is a good option....whey protein have a very bad impact on ur health at ur age.. kindly use natural source of protein.. take care
