Hello Doctor, From last 2 days , I am feeling bit feverish but no fever in thermameter. Feeling light headache , body pain , burning eyes. I also have bit cough . Should i go for corona test immediately or should take paracetamol for 3-4 days and test after that if not cured ? Note: I didn't get in contact with any of known covid-19 patient..

Since you don't have any contact with Covid-19 patient, but according to the present scenario one can't be sure enough for the same.
Next Steps
For now , I would recommend you to take Tab PCM - 500mg thrice a day for 2 days.
Health Tips
If you're still having high grade/ low grade recurrent fever. go for covid test asap. Thank you for asking Hope I was able to curb your doubt. Stay healthy. :)
