Eye check up advisable. Betadine gargle add 3ml solution in hot to warm water gargle it before meals two times. Tab zifi o200 two times after food for five days. Zerodol sp three times a day after food for five days. Montek lc one at night for five days. Avoid  computer mostly till u feel  better. Wear blue glasses available in glass shop . Emset4 MD to put under toung it dissolve with saliva slowly once for nausea

Get your eyes checked and get cbc done. Take tab zerodol s.p. one every 8hours for 3 days. Tab beplex forte one daily for 10 days. Tab cefixime 200mg one morning and one evening for 5days. Do hot saline gargles,  2 to 3 times daily.

Ceitrizine 10 mg Azithromycin 500 mg Tab.Lab Pcm 500 mg

Very little information given by patient.but  related to above mention symptoms. Tab. Azythro (500) once a day Tab neprox - d (500) for headache Cap rbson-d twice a day before meal Opthalmologist openion advised.
