I have problem of irregular periods since merach. I have consulted many doctors and I got my hormonal and insulin levels are pretty normal. I never get my periods until I take BC . But I could control that a bit for the past two months by doing regular exercise and following moderate diet. Most of my friends are suggesting that I may have the problem of PCOS and I may have cysts formed in my ovaries and this would cause infertility and having problems in pregnancy later.
