Doctor, My daughter is having a dandruff problem with with she is facing hair fall also.. She had newly started using Aloevera gel frm our home itself on her scalp. Will it be helpful in curing dandruff and hair fall or could u suggest a gud Shampoo ??

Alovera gel will not be 100 % effective. U need to take concerned antifungal shampoo. Do online consultation  for prescription and home remedies to easily get rid of it
