Want a detailed history of ur childs condition.cold from how many days.any fever.cough.child active or not.taking feeds properly or not.is there difficulty in breathing.all these are important especially when ur child is below 1yr.

If mild,avoid unnecessary medicine and give steam inhalations for cold and cough and decongestant nasal drops for nasal block or increased cough on lying down. Use paracetamol for fever if required. If not improving OR accompanied by other symptoms like wheezing or breathlessness or dullness and refusal to feed,consult your paediatrician or me here.
