Hello.. I would suggest you to go to an ENT specialist and get yourself examined...Sometimes even when simple upper respiratory tract infection is there if will cause such symptoms...Do salt water gargling .It will help...Meet an ENT specialist and you may undergo indirect laryngoscopy...Thank you

That is Pharyngitis which could be either due to Acid Reflux from your stomach or an ascending Lung infection or a descending Nose/ Sinus/ Oral infection. Basically, the throat or Pharynx is at the crossroads to the Nose, Mouth, Stomach and Lungs. So an ENT Specialist needs to examine you to isolate the cause of the infection and inflammation and treat accordingly
