Once in two days is normal... so you dont need to worry about it... but if you still have any problem then i suggest you to take more fiber food and lots of water.. its good that you take water early in the morning if it is lukewarm water it would be more helpful... after that go for a walk for a min of 30mins.. this can be helpful for you.. thank you...
