Constipation, stomach hard, low weight

My 2 year son has stomach and designation problem. Eating very less food, not drinking milk, Wight is low, passing stool once, twice or thrice but very hard and very little each time after taking some food.

Good evening Child is suffering from constipation. He should be assessed for some conditions and then needs to be started on PEG3350 for long term. But initial growth and other evaluation are required. Kindly consult a pediatrician. Hope it helps Thanks
