My 3 and half years old daughter has constipation problem since birth. She goes through pain in toilet in every 4 to 5 days. Please suggest any home remedy or medication... Thanks

If it’s since birth clinical check and tests may need to be done. Pending that completely eliminate maida and maida products from diet. Milk I take should not exceed 400 ml a day. Increase high fibre foods.
