I have a abdominal hysterectomy before 10 days and after that i am not able to poop and have soo much pain when try to poop and even not able to pass gas even when i am taking pantop 40 for gas

Thesw is the common side effect of hysterectomy....and allopathy laxative have no much effects in these situation...have these medicine u definately fell good...
