My newborn is 4 wks old. he was suffering from loose motion last week , and its get recovered after feeding both fm and bm alternately. now for the past 2 days he doesn't poop. internet says it's common among new born not to.poop for few days. but I feel like he is struggling to poop, is this a sign of constipation? How to cure this?

Please give Direct or expressed breast milk... Breastfed babies sometimes don't pass motion for days... And its normal. If there is no vomitting or abdominal distension... Don't worry about motions
