My 9 months old baby was having hard stools. Today I saw a scratch at anus kind of reddish. what cream can I use for this

Apply Lignicaine gelly for perianal area Before passing hard stool Pain will decrease And apply T. Bact ointment if  perianal injury  due to hard stool
