I understand your frustration
Fuusy eating behaviours r more common now a days and r very difficult to handle by parents
My first advice is avoid worrying or stressed too much for this because kids will react further more when you are anxious and worried for this eating behaviour
Make your kid to join family meals encourage to have same food served for other and let her eat
Ask her to make her own food menu involve her in minor cooking things or let her be with you while cooking
Make food presentation attractive in different shapes colours natural,use variety of decorations with veggies
Try changing reciepies constantly
Avoud punishing and rewarding too
Make meal time happy with stories small play talk to her freely avoid being stressed if does nt eat or skip food dont spend more than 20 min -30 min remove plate silently
Remember when your kid have little which is enough for them to be active whole day
Believe and accept your kid has small tummy needs small quantities in frequent intervals
