Constipation, iron deficiency, throat bu

My vata prakriti.I am using arogyavardhani vati, haridrakhand, sarivadyasava,gandhak rasayan,  mahamanjisthadi, khadirarishta bed time panchsakar. I used all for leg itching and constipation due to iron deficiency.  Pitta and vata imbalance. But i have right now throat slight burn. Should i add or remove any medicine. Ama created in morning. What should i do.

Continue what ur taking .drink plenty of water.Eat plenty of vegetables,fruits and greengram sprouts everyday.. Walk yoga exercise play sports. For a hour everyday. Sleep for six hours atleast at night. Avoid fastfoods,oilyspicy foods,preserved food,bakeryfoods. Include millets in ur meals.

Withhold all kadha and Arista. Can take Gandhak Rasayan, Tapyadi loh along with Dadimadi ghrut  or mahatiktak ghrut, Tab Histablock. Can consult online or come to clinic.
