Constipation in one month old

My baby is one month old it's been 3days she is constipated yesterdays she passed too much gas today didn't pass gas. Before 3days she passed too much stool for two days for three times consecutively. She seems not irritable . She passed 2times urine from this morning . She took feeding less than usual. She is sleepy yesterday night she slept well now also sleeping. I massaged her stomach with coconut oil did cycling exercise But no use. What should I do Her birth weight is 2.75 last week we checked in home she is near 3kg I am only breastfeeding Yesterday she passed urine for 8-10times i guess but no less

Its normal Newborns has wide variation in number of stools they pass It can vary from as high as 7-10 times a day to as low as 1-2 times per week As long as baby is feeding well, passing urine adequately,sleeping well, gaining weight , is not cranky You need not worry.
