I used to take psyllium husk for more fiber intake since 3 months After covid I am getting constipated like my stool is sticky and I am. Not feeling that my stool complety out I tried many choorans and fruits veggies I also used to workout on daily basis and drinking enough water and used to go three to four times for toilet but still feeling like constipated so please suggest something and also is it ok to take psyllium husk
I'm suffering from constipation from last 2-3 years.
