Constipation

2016-10-06 05:02:54
I stay in a hostel with my sibling and surprisingly enough we got the same problem recently.I get constipation very frequently but these days its not constipation exactly but stools are too hard and rough because of which i get bleeding and cuts severely and its not healed properly but the same problem is continuing and it cannot be healed. Moreover i feel the tendency but the pressure is to be put explicitly because of which i get severe abdominal and chest pain. So,what is the most probable reason and to consult a doctor, which particular specialization?

Hi there I understand your concern...First of all you should start taking a high fibre diet, incorporate more of fruits, green leafy vegetables and salads in diet.. Drink plenty of water....You should always take walk after meals and follow daily workout regime....With that fallow relaxation techniques like yoga, meditation, avoid alcohol, smoking, coffee, tea...take syp duphalac 10 ml at night time with milk or warm water....Consult nearest surgeon they will do the needful.
