I'm 5 months pregnant,I have constipation from three months,my dr suggested to take lactose syrup, can I continue the lactose syrup through out my pregnancy?is it safe?

Yes you can...but don't  make it habit. Dietary  changes  are  necessary..include  more fibrous  foods  in you diet.( green  vegetables,fruits etc)
