Having severe bowel pain since last 20 days, have taken medicine(venusmin 900) supplementary also again same prblm. Still pain is severe since yesterday, had small amour of loose motion twice. Which medicine should I take to get rid of pain.

If by bowel pain u mean pain in anus then yes it is fissure most likely. Fissures can heal well with Treatment. If u have abdominal pain then other causes need to be thought of. Avoid CONSTIPATION.
