Hi, Can anyone plz suggest laxatives during pregnancy..I have taken duphalac, cremaffin and bulk forming laxatives but no use..I have changed my diet also but no use.. please suggest any laxatives that doesn't harm my baby..

Do regular walks ,take lots of green vegetables and high fibre diet , and take fibrolact or softovac powder  along with livogen z once daily .
