Many medications are contraindicated during pregnancy so I wouldn't advise you to take any medications. The following steps may help: - Have a high fiber diet such as fresh fruits, vegetables, beans, peas, lentils, bran cereals, prunes, and whole-grain bread. - Stay hydrated and drink water(Aim to drink 3 liters/day). - Breakdown your meals from 3 regular meals to 6-7 small meals at regular intervals - Regular physical activity can help reduce constipation. Exercise stimulates your bowels. Walking, prenatal yoga, swimming, etc. If condition persists or worsens visit the treating obstetrician.

Hello dear patient for first three months all the medication even for constipation are to be avoided. You have not mentioned about pregnancy duration so cannot advise medication till then. You should take plenty of liquids it's safest.
