Constipation

Due to severe osteoporosis not able to walk as strictly advised by Doctor. Suffering from cronic constipation from last 15 days. Taking liquid parafinn and milk of magnesium from last 15 days and also taking fiber with plenty of fluid. My stool get soften but at tip of colon it's get hard.by passing this hard stool feeling much pain and discomfort, some time bleeding occurs. Please suggest me what to do and can we do any abdominal exercises without walking
