Its 6 days of embryo transfer and I have constipation from last 4 days and its very severe..Its causing me pain ..unable to pass stool bcz of constipation. Dr suggested duphalac syrup 2 spoon twice a day..but still problem not solved...csnt take other medicines bcz of embryo transfer..pls suggest what to do..I am eating green vegetables, drinking 4 ltr of water but still no relief from constipation.pls pla help
