Hello doctors My sister is very weak from inside she just can't sit in an Air conditioned room she gets all cold and she can't even lift heavy objects if she works whole day her hands and legs starts to pain but she takes proper diet eats well but still she is having this problem could you please suggest something

This is because she is not meeting the nutritional need inspite of eating well,customized plan will definitely help her, check her vit D.vit D is required for absorbtion of calcium
